How much does a tattoo cost?

I work with fixed prices for projects, not an hourly rate. I inform my clients of the price after reading their tattoo request.

How many sessions?

Mind you, this is based on previous sessions. Everyone’s body is different and a ‘standard’ body does not exist.

  • FULL ARM SLEEVE: 4-6 sessions, less is not possible. Outer or inner sleeve is minimum 2 sessions.
  • FULL LEG SLEEVE: 5-7 sessions. Outer or inner leg sleeve is minimum 2-3 sessions.
  • FULL BACK OR FULL TORSO: easier for me than an arm or leg as the skin on the back and torso is one surface. I’ve posted that I’ve done backpieces in 2 or 3 sessions, but these clients activated beast mode, I do not expect from anyone the same. Usually 4 sessions for a backpiece, 5 sessions if the glutes are included.
  • CHEST PIECE: 2 sessions
  • OTHER AREAS: the rule is that if an A4 paper fits on the area, I can for sure tattoo it in one day session.

How do I prepare?

  • moisturize your skin a week before
  • bring your headphones if you can—it is the best distraction
  • bring SNACKS (you will need lots of them—once a client brought a backpack full of snacks, this put them into beast mode)
  • if you want you can order food online when you are in the shop—the studio is close to the center so all restaurants deliver
  • bring water or other drinks
  • you can take a painkiller before, during and/or after, but make sure it is not blood-thinning
  • make sure to sleep well the night before
  • please eat breakfast in the morning

Do you ask a deposit?

Every new customer is asked to pay a deposit once we agree on a date (dates). I share the payment info ONLY via the email address ‘tessavon.booking@gmail.com’. (I will never ask a deposit on social media or such—beware of scammers).

Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in losing the appointment, only with serious valid reasons the deposit can be kept.

Will I be comfortable?

All my clients are assured of a safe and welcoming space.

Some examples:

  • I only tattoo 1 person per day, no matter the duration of the tattoo
  • I work alone, there are no other people around (you may bring a supportive person)
  • I always ask permission to take a photo of the tattoo
  • I never push a design if I see the client is not 100% sure (+ adjust where needed)
  • privacy is given before, during and after the session
