My name is Tessa Von and I have been tattooing since 2017.

Drawing is my earliest memory in life. From a young age, a fascination for video games, metal music and disturbing movies guided me towards the genre of dark fantasy.

Before I started tattooing, I studied languages and literature at university—fueling my lifelong interest in old literature and mythology. I concluded my studies with a thesis on the authors H.P. Lovecraft, Clark Ashton Smith, Algernon Blackwood, and interestingly, horror video games!

During my tattoo apprenticeship, I was extremely lucky to have the support of people who followed me and my work since ages ago.
Because of them, I was encouraged to go further down this path. Lots of people let me tattoo dark fantasy subjects from the moment I bought my first tattoo machine.

Safe to say, they had more faith in me than I had in myself! Much more. Infinite gratitude!

These days, I own a small tattoo studio where I work alone. In this studio, I collect all sorts of curiosities, skulls, taxidermy and literature of the sinister sort.
Every day is an extraordinary one, as I have the honor to be inspired and to inspire in return!
